  TO RECOGNISE THE INDWELLING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT T he first role of the Holy Spirit is to testify, glorify and reveal Jesus Let us read some of the scriptures to understand this role of the Holy Spirit. John 15:26 “…he (Holy Spirit) will testify about me (Jesus).” John 16:14 “He (Holy Spirit) will bring glory to me (Jesus)…” Ephesians 1:17 “…may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation (i.e., about Jesus)…” Ephesians 3:4–5 “In reading this, th e n, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, which was not made known to men in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostles and prophets.” The most important role of the Holy Spirit is to testify and glorify Jesus. Acts 2:4 says “All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit…” In  Acts 2:14, “Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd:…”  and  Acts 2:36, “Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus...

  The word, ‘Grace’ comes from the Greek root ‘Charis’ which means — ‘God in Christ’ (our representative) blesses humanity and makes them unlimited, unmerited, unending, mercy, gifts, health, wealth, acceptance, forgiveness, joy, etc. Let us study some more verses to fully grasp the meaning of grace. Romans 5:18–19 “Consequently, just as the result of on e  trespass was condemnation for all men, so also the result of one act of righteousness was justification that brings life for all men. For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.” When we study the above scriptures, we come across two people. The first person being Adam, through whose disobedience the entire mankind was plunged in the hands of the devil and consequently into death and darkness, which is bad news! Jesus was fully submitted to the will of the Father and in the same manner we can be submitted to those in authorities like - pastor, elders, and leaders as God has placed them over us. A wife can be submitted to godly husband, children can be submitted to godly parents and so on because of the submission of Jesus as we learn from the Triune God. In the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus prayed, “…not my will but yours be done…”, at that moment His sweat rolled like drops of blood. From the above-mentioned verses, only Jesus Christ is the one who can teach what submission is all about. He was submitted even at the point of death at the cross. When every iota of our being is crying out for rebellion against the authority that God has placed over our lives like pastor, leaders, elders, husband, father, teacher then what shall we do? The answer to this is - to look at the cross which is the ultimate point of submission. Do you think it was easy for Jesus to become a man? Do you think it was easy...

  Now you may be wondering what do we mean by these heavenly calling? It means he comes to live inside us to make us a heavenly being and we become the house of the living God. It is the most amazing thing that happens to a born again believer. 1 Peter 1:23 says “For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.” The Greek word for ‘seed’ is ‘sperma’ and ‘word’ is ‘logos’. When we are born again as John 3:6 says, “Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the spirit gives birth to spirit” The moment a person invites Jesus Christ to be the Lord of his life, something happens inwards, there is a conjoining of the Word and the Spirit taking place in the person who becomes a by-product of ‘sperma’ and ‘logos’ then from that day onwards the Holy Spirit comes to have permanent resident in us In John 3:8, you are compared to wind, i.e. we become unstoppable, unlimited, and a mystery to the devil.   In Isaiah 12:3 “With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.” It is a foregone conclusion that we have wells inside us. Now the question is what is inside these wells and how do we draw from it? The eternal source of all stays inside us i.e. the Triune being. Every time you have a pressurizing situation, you got to be joyful and draw water from the wells of salvation. Every time a symptom of disease or sickness appears, open your mouth to rejoice and be joyful and you are drawing water from the wells of salvation and literally, that disease and sickness will vanish. Therefore, Philippians 3:1 says rejoicing acts like safeguard for us and when we rejoice, no matter how big the problem is, we will be safe. Similarly,when we put on joy and start rejoicing, no problem will be a problem for us. Every problem will fall on the ground.  To live in glory, it is important for us to know the difference between fact and truth. Some people are so dependent on the fact that they stake their lives for it! They say these are facts and can never change, which is not at all true. For e.g. if you weigh a man on the earth and let’s say his weight is fifty-five kilograms. Now fifty- five kilogram weight is an absolute fact and there is no doubt about it. But, if you take the same person to moon and weigh him there, he would weigh around nine kilograms. Now you see, the fact that was on the earth has changed totally when the person is on the moon. In other words, the fact depends upon geographical location, but the truth depends upon none. It is absolutely false that the report from the doctors cannot be changed. It is just a fact that you may have received a report from the doctors, but it must change infront of the truth. The only truth is the Word of God and that is why Psalmist says “Forever, Oh Lord your word is settled i...

Greeting, Let's meditate on this word Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. (Colossians 3:23-24) The word ' with ' in Greek is * ek * means with or from which means the source. So whatever person does it should have the source connection i.e. heart. Many people do a lot of things but they do not prosper because their heart is not into it. Often, they are doing for the sake of doing it, so they do not prosper because when a person's heart is not connected, they are doing it for somebody & not for God. So, I encourage you today to ask yourself this question Is my heart there in my Job on whatever I am doing?
