Asking from God?

Image for post

Greeting, Let's meditate on this word….

Just imagine for minute almighty who holds everything in his hand. God is appearing to you and telling you to ask whatever you want.  some of you will ask for money, house, and wealth… But Solomon did not ask for all this, he asked for a discerning heart… i.e wisdom… I have told you earlier that wealth and riches without wisdom are dangerous because it can destroy the receiver.

In the Old Testament when Solomon sought the wisdom of God… God gives him a discerning heart to know between right and wrong. The bible says “with that discerning heart”. (1 king 10:23–24) King Solomon was greater than all other kings of the earth. Just ponder over in your heart with a fraction of wisdom, Solomon becomes the wealthiest person on the earth.

But in the New Testament wisdom is not something, It is someone…

So now when we seek the Lord he will not give us a fraction of wisdom… but the very source of wisdom, Christ comes to reside in us. If Solomon with a fraction of wisdom was the wealthiest, how much more we with a source of wisdom i.e Christ reside within us… can become much richer and wealthier?

For you are not seeking a thing or a formula but a person whose name is

Confess with me……

AMEN!!!

Why temple veil torn..?

Do you know that when Jesus Christ died, the veil on the temple was torn in two parts from top to bottom (Mark 15:38)?  The word ‘temple’ in original language is ‘Naos’ – often denotes only the innermost sacred part of the building. So, what did God want to say from the above-mentioned verse? The answer is, in the Old Testament, God’s presence was behind the veil in the innermost sacred part of the temple and in the New Testament, that presence has come out of that place and God speaks to His people by residing in their hearts. In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit who is the third person of the Trinity, would come upon a person only for a specific time and a specific purpose and after that particular purpose was achieved and the time was over the Holy Spirit had to leave. But in the New Testament, due to the veil of the temple being torn, every believer now can be filled with the Holy Spirit.                        ...

BLESSING IN GIVING

The most important thing we learn from the living Triune God is everyone who has a relationship with the living God cannot stop himself from giving. The Scripture in John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” So, if we have a relationship with the living Triune God then it would be normal for us to give. 2 Corinthians 9:7 informs us that God loves a cheerful giver. It is mandatory that tithe, offering, and whatever God puts in our heart we must offer to Him cheerfully. For whatever we are and we have received is given to us by God. God has taught me this principle in the beginning of the ministry and it is no wonder that God blessed me and made me a blessing for others. I can tell you with my own experience along with the authority of the Word of God and with assurance I can say that those who sow cheerfully would never lack. Luke 6:38 clearly mentions: “Give, and it will be...
