Don’t be Lazy but be Spiritually active to Receive your Prosperity

Good Afternoon let’s meditate on these words..

Proverbs 6:10 a little sleep a little slumber a little folding of hands to rest
proverbs 6:11 and poverty will come on you like bandit and scarcity like an armed man.
If we look into these verses carefully this talks of spiritual lethargy, that is lack of energy and lack of enthusiasm or sluggishness for spiritual matters. The word says a little sleep a little slumber little folding hands to rest…all these words talk of spiritual lethargy. It is not talking about the physical action of sleep or slumber. A spiritual lethargic person is the one who says nothing will happen if we don’t read or confess the word daily. A spiritual lethargic person is the one who says if we don’t pray daily it’s ok or says read the word once in a full moon. A spiritual lethargic person is the one who says nothing will happen if you miss the Sunday once or twice in a month. A Spiritual lethargic person is one who says tithing is not important and God does not need our money anyway. A spiritual lethargic person is one who says seeing a little dirty movie is ok or having a little sexual relationship outside marriage is ok or wasting hours on Facebook or WhatsApp for rubbish is ok… PROV 6:11 SAYS POVERTY WILL COME ON HIM LIKE A BANDIT AND SCARCITY LIKE AN ARMED MAN. Bandit here represents the demonic powers and armed man represent the physical calamity or problem that happens to a man due to his spiritual lethargy. So when a person gets spiritually lethargic demonic spirit is waiting to get him like a bandit. There is an old saying that goes like this flies does not come near the fire. So demons flee when you are hot!!! Jesus said pray so that you do not fall into temptation. So prosperity is for those guys who are really hot and are on their toes for spiritual things. Be hot for God and prosperity will be your portion and you will say with the psalmist in PS16:6 my boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance. So confess loudly with me diamonds, gold, silver, and millions are mine. because I am always on my toes for the things of God
Stay Blessed..

Why temple veil torn..?

Do you know that when Jesus Christ died, the veil on the temple was torn in two parts from top to bottom (Mark 15:38)?  The word ‘temple’ in original language is ‘Naos’ – often denotes only the innermost sacred part of the building. So, what did God want to say from the above-mentioned verse? The answer is, in the Old Testament, God’s presence was behind the veil in the innermost sacred part of the temple and in the New Testament, that presence has come out of that place and God speaks to His people by residing in their hearts. In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit who is the third person of the Trinity, would come upon a person only for a specific time and a specific purpose and after that particular purpose was achieved and the time was over the Holy Spirit had to leave. But in the New Testament, due to the veil of the temple being torn, every believer now can be filled with the Holy Spirit.                        ...

Why did Jesus Die?

In reality, we walk and move and have our being in Him. So, we ought to glorify God in our body by living in glory without sickness. Now my question to you is why did Jesus die? Good question! You may have many answers, but I have one according to Hebrews 2:10, “In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the author of their salvation complete the work through suffering.” So, the ultimate purpose of the cross was to bring many sons to glory. In order for God’s purpose to prevail, it was settled even before the creation of the world that Christ will come and die in our place and to bring us back to glory. (NB Hebrews 2:10 is the Apostle’s Version) Therefore, the entire purpose of the cross is to bring us back to glory. If we study scriptures carefully we would read in Genesis that although Adam and Eve were naked and still why they did not feel any shame? It was because they were covered with the glory of ...
