CONFESSION




I would like you to know about confession that means your spoken words are important. Where do we learn this from? We learn this from the Triune God who created the entire creation with His spoken word and held the entire creation with the power of His word. (Hebrews 11:3, 1:3)  

From John 1:1, we observe that the spoken word of God is important to an extent that even Lord Jesus is addressed as the Word. That means the one who shapes the word so that it would not return void to God. In other words, they (the Triune God) would do everything only according to the Word and nothing out of the word. God is committed to His word. As the spoken word of God is important, in the same way your spoken words are of great importance. So, never speak negative words that can destroy your life but instead confess the Word of God. So, we must fill our hearts and mind with the word of God so that when you confess the Word then God would be committed to work in life according to His word. Confess the word loudly against your every circumstance. Then you will see in the end that the circumstance which was like a mountain has gone out of your life and you will walk in victory (Mark 11:23). When you speak the written word then the living word, who is Christ, will quicken to bring it to completion. 



In James 3:3-6, tongue has been compared to three things in the following ways:

(1) The bits into the mouths of horses;

(2) A small rudder that directs the ship;

(3) Small spark in forest 

Although these are small things but end up with dire consequences. In the same way, every word uttered by us works. It either elevates you to a great height or annihilates you. So, it is up to you how you use your words either positive or negative which would either build or ruin your life.

TESTIMONY:

Here I would like to give a testimony of a sister who was suffering from insecurities and sickness before coming to the Lord. She was suffering with pain and agony inflicted by her own family members. She was filled with fear. One of her sisters committed suicide and with the same fear she wanted to do the same. At night she was not able to sleep alone and I suggested her to confess the Word. Slowly she started to confess the word and in due course of time, her fear, pain and agony vanished and today she leads many to Christ. Today she is filled with the courage and peace in the Lord. Today, her life has been completely transformed.

Why temple veil torn..?

Do you know that when Jesus Christ died, the veil on the temple was torn in two parts from top to bottom (Mark 15:38)?  The word ‘temple’ in original language is ‘Naos’ – often denotes only the innermost sacred part of the building. So, what did God want to say from the above-mentioned verse? The answer is, in the Old Testament, God’s presence was behind the veil in the innermost sacred part of the temple and in the New Testament, that presence has come out of that place and God speaks to His people by residing in their hearts. In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit who is the third person of the Trinity, would come upon a person only for a specific time and a specific purpose and after that particular purpose was achieved and the time was over the Holy Spirit had to leave. My Testimony - Apostle Winston Joseph, Ph. D

  Healed from Asthama Many years ago, I had asthma. It was a hereditary disease in my family and I witnessed one of my aunts who died because of it in a very dreadful situation.
